The level you are, dosn't change the zeal rate.

And the ban rate (I hear) is high, but I botted 2 days STRAIGHT w/o breaks and haven't gotten banned. So I think you will be fine..
I CAN do this 100% w/o raising any combat stats.

You dont level when you get zeal, you level when you use the zeal -.-
