I value this account at 30-50$ depends on who wants to buy it really.
If it was 20 attack , with climbing boots ( Death plateau quest ) would be $50+

I'd say $20, depending on the cash on the account.

Improve the account by having a bunch of cash on it. (10-20m at least, because obbys need a zerker ammy to be useful.) An 1-70-1 mauler with 20m is probably $30. You can also raise the strength because, to be honest, 70 str takes only about 2 weeks to bot.

Always keep ranged 12 levels lower than Strength otherwise it becomes range based and combat gets to high.
with 44 rc and 5m It'l be $20-$35

Curse till you can alch , make sure you magic level is 12 levels lower than strength - Same as ranged.
