Idk about killing people maybe if you shoot them non stop in the head, But normally shooting it probably cant kill people. I dont think you need a license to use it i dont depends on your laws in australia?

Only if you shoot them repeatedly in the eye, and still probably not. However, other airsoft guns can kill with one shot to the eye, so it is highly recommended that you wear goggles or a mask, just like paintball.

Just to make clear, these guns (as well as BB guns) are fully illegal in Australia without a CLASS A weapons license. Attempting to import these into Australia can incur a $50000 fine and it is a STUPID risk to take.

define hard, but 350fps is decent enough (to me and most of the airsoft community, at least)
Note that he said that it's an aircocking gun, which means that it is not electronic, you have the pull a lever each time to shoot

 

Yes it shoots pretty hard, 350 fps is pretty good for a spring gun
