2 things, in american video games you kill americans all the time, and its just a video game... not like u killed any real russians. those people were just pixels.

 

It's fictional. Makarov was just simply a "terrorist" in that game. It's not like the makers of the game were trying to be racist.
Isn't there an option to skip a level if you feel uncomfortable doing it?

There was a huge warning at the beginning of the game.

You had to select 'No I will not be offended' TWICE. You agreed to it. Get over it.

The mission is called "no russian" because Makarov didn't want any of the terrorists to speak russian, so they are not identified as Russians.

Additionally, MW2 asks you if you can handle that mission in the beginning of the game. You should have clicked no.

 

I was just too curious. I wanted to see what the mission was.

Its perfectly fine. and hears a few reasons why
1.) The game involves deaths of americans, Russians, Middle-eastern people, British people.. Its a game.
2.) You don't have to shoot anyone in the mission except the police when they attack.
3.) You can skip the mission before the start of the game and on the mission, its not needed for any achievement
4.) The mission brings realism, Thats the kind of shit that can and has happened before.

Lmao how do you think Germans felts about "Nazi Zombiez" (Btw I am a lil german), How do you think Americans felt in GTA IV when you played as Nikolai and had to kill Americans lol.
