6/10 because of 99 mage.

 

6/10 Cash, FC and 99 Mage only things that stand out :S Max combat or 99 Construction.

 

YOu gotta get 70 prayer ;D.

But nice stats and nice pile of geepee

 

7/10 nothing spectacular. Trim that mage cape with attack or str and it would be great for pking and for conventional use.

 

6.5/10 Because of the mage and the 93 range, 6 range levels for that trimmed Cape, It "Could" be faster then training attack, but I would train one of those to 99.
