Bakkar service scammed my iron of everything

Explanation of the trade: won a giveaway in Discord for toa they completed and 1ish am so I feel asleep and didn't wake up till later by the time I logged on a switched everything was cleaned.
How they scammed: cleaned my ironman of 450m in supplies and itemswhen I bought the services from them I'm early supporter and have spent over 5b. They are trying to say I cleaned it for refund when I don't want refund I want them to get all my stuff back on my account that they took everything from or that my Discord got hacked 4 or 5 months ago and never had a problem since but win a giveaway and all of a sudden cleaned. 6years and over a thousand wasted just sad.

I admit that you are one of the earliest supporters of Bakkar Services and you have spent a decent amount purchasing our services and we been on really good stage till this issue happens.
I never been willing to scam any of Bakkar Services' customers, specially a 400M bank account
I spent the past 2 days(Since you inform us the bank clean) trying to figuring out whether my worker did scam your account or not
I never find any clear reason to accuse the worker of scamming the account
I know the worker 15 years ago and he's really trusted high tier decent worker
He spent 2:30 hours ish trying to get you the kit putting more efford to make it happens. on a really low gear that made you not sure if it's doable on your ironman or not

3-the 3rd reason which really makes me consist that the issues comes out of your end
That you say you slept right after getting you the kit and you had no time to change the password
Then you woke up to find the account clean
The times between you falling a sleep and woking up is 17 hours.Which is not logical sleeping duration.

@jitterbug156 Just wanna let you know that i never been trying to hide this issue and scams never been accepted thing at my server.
I already offered you 50 cg kills as a help and an appreciation of you being one of the most earliest supporters (not as a refund) as i never find any solid reason to accuse the worker

Yea i left feedback cause like you said never had a problem and used you guys for long time so when I got the @ and screen shot saying he was done and the loot. No bank pics or anthing I said thanks cause I figured there was no issue like the last time until I woke up logged on to play and everything was gone. And I see no where in that msg where I confirmed kit just that I said I was upset and you sent screenshot of loot. 50 kc after buying 700 through you guys 400 ven barrows slayer and everything else is nothing for you guys messing up on your end making me lose everything.

I went to bed at 1:30in the morning my time woke up about 11:30-11:45 logged on to it cleaned changed pass word and alerted you guys at 5pm my time cause it was Sunday so I had to do stuff with my family before I could try and fix this issue lmfao. And wow my Discord got hacked 4months ago and those same hackers decided to take my rs stuff now instead of than makes sense.

Also i would like mention another suspicious thing that it only took you 53 secs to
1-Enter your bank pin
2-Switch between tabs till you fully recognize that you have missing items off your account
3-Then type us ''You bakkar, so upset''

4-Then grab your phone take a pic, send first pic to us
5-Then send us 2ed pic Which contains your login time which is 53 sec



You can never do all that in 53 secs unless you prepared for it

How comes it took you 5 and half hour(being upset) to realize that you should inform us that the account got cleaned?

 

The way that the account got cleaned not fully cleaned, only the expensive items
A scammer would fully clean it
very suspicious that you dropped the items, sold it
then you do stakes
you used to do alot of stakes as far i know, most of the gp you spent was came out of stake wins.

 

Lmao yea cause I have 2 kids and church on Sunday so don't have time to just inform right away and no runelite on movile to show banke value and yea I was prepared when I got home from running around to report the problem and take pictures cause I wanted to handle it first thing but had real life shit to deal with. I'm sure after paying over 4b on service I would clean my ironman account my self so I have to start all over lmfao sounds like a big win on my part.

 

Lol no the gp I made came from runechat and you can contact them with my info cause I still be gambling about 100-200m every month so I can try wining more for guess what. Services in my ironman from you guys that's now pointless.

And the fact that your main defense was oh I've know the worker 15yrs irl that would never happen sound sketchy to me.

 

Does that makes sense pay 4b for services on ironman just to sell 450m worth of items that cost me over 1000$ to get yea that's very logical. Maybe if it was a reg account would make sense.

 

Pretty sure I bought 100m worth of service last week that was a smart move when I apparently planned to clean 450m lol I couldn't afford that.

We only went this far cuz i never find any evidence to accuse the worker with and i'm fully believe that he didn't do it
If i did ever found an evidence or a clear reason to accuse him, i would have been just taking our of him wallet and using that to cover any items lost of the account rather than spending 3 days argumenting with you
It's just too hard for me to accuse ppl of scamming without reason
The fact that the worker have acces to the bank isn't a reason that hes the one who did it

 

It listed above many reason why i never find him a scammer, and that was a reason of many

While your only reason is that he had access to your account.
He was/still handling toa ticket for an acc with 2b bank.

Yea 2 people with access to account me and him and it gets cleaned definitely no way he could have done it when he was the only other one with account access and bank pin lmao. And yea cause he has 3b trust and working on 2b account maybe they thought the could get away with it cause they thought that defense would work and make alot extra instead of a free raid for me. Just really funny that your defense is I would drop trade for 450m when I've spent 6 years making account and well over 1000$ on services over the years. Cause that would make alot of sense instead of buying 450m.
