They base it off of pre-determined calculations. I doubt they even realize how expensive it is.

 

The site was created by a very trusted member of Sythe.org a while back named M5city. It was back when the bots like Rsbots and Rsbotting weren't existing. So the prices were much higher.

 

I don't see why anyone buys training from powerleveling sites such as these. It's much quicker, cheaper, and easier to get someone trusted on Sythe to do it.
