Requesting TF2 Gift

Hi everyone,

I have quite a strange request but I'm sure someone on here will be able to help me out.

It seems as though my account has been frozen from making purchaes via the Steam client. Whenever I enter my card details, it says that the payment has been denied. However, I can use this card anywhere else in the world, so I am 100% sure it is not an issue with my card.

I am highly confident that I am entering the correct details into the fields but I am still being denied.

Anyway, to the point. There should be an easy work around to this. Would someone be willing to buy and gift me Team Fortress 2 to my account and I will pay them the money accordingly. I will make the payment first if the person helping me out has a high enough reputation, if not, I won't be going first.

yea know had the same problem. untill steam fixed it for me.
Mostly the problem is in address. Try http://store.steampowered.com/
