    Vulge's Ban Appeal... (think it's a mistake)

    Vulge here.

I just had a conversation with AngelMax; http://sythe.org/member.php?u=215797 Via PM

He was asking me questions about the two users; Skuldom & X-Element. These two users are my brother, who is currently using the account X-Element. AngelMax showed me some posts on some of Skuldoms or X-Elements thread which were apparently posted by me... Vulge.

I can PROMISE you these posts were NOT made by me, my brother must of went onto my account to post them. The 3 posts made were in the lines of:

1: "Added you on MSN; Edit, your not online." (my brother would of used my account to bump his thread)

2: "I can verify this guide will make you 1m/hr" (My brother will be trying to get sales for his guide)

3: "Good luck on getting '(forgot user)' banned." (My brother must of posted this after being scammed by the user)

Those were the so called 'self vouches' which in no way were vouches... plus none of them were actually posted by me; but my brother who was in control of my Sythe.org account at the time.

Then apparently I was 'Ban Evading' which is a complete random, I myself have been banned once on sythe, which was from when i sold my guide someone complained saying it didn't work (when it did, it was an unbanning guide so it's never 100% chance of working). So i refunded them to get unbanned.

That's the only time i've ever been banned... So i don't see how I was Ban Evading. I think my brothers old account 'Skuldom' got banned for some reason, but not sure. None of his accounts are linked to me.

I hope this is enough information to fix up this whole mistake, I have never ever scammed on Sythe or had any intention of scamming, this can be backed up by MANY of my friends here on Sythe. Please respond to this, I hope to be unbanned ASAP.

    Best Regards.
    Vulge

In the past we've accepted the possibility that your brother has been responsible for the issues. Considering the past issues, the banned account, the self-trading/vouching and your lack of account control which you admit to again in this dispute, my recommendation is that you remain banned. You're responsible for your account and IP as we are responsible for protecting the community.

'my brother who was in control of my Sythe.org account at the time.'

    Why?

I also reviewed the evidence before this banning and I vote for a ban to remain in place.

There is waaay too much self vouching and suspicious activity for me to overlook.

Also your brother accessing your sythe account 3 times is not an excuse.

I agree with the rest of the mods here. Your excuses are trivial. First of all, the simple fact that you have a brother, or rather, have someone of the male gender who is able to go on a webcam, does not prove your innocence. Your excuses are merely heresay. I could make a new Sythe account under my IP, scam to my heart's content, and then have my buddy Charles come on webcam and have him take the wrap. So, this in itself is insufficient.

Furthermore, you have admitted that you knew your brother (who was banned on Sythe) had access to your Sythe account. You obviously made no attempt to prevent the access, because you said he simply knew your password, and that by changing it you'd be able to block him out. Let me ask, why did it require a BAN for you to change your password? If my brother was a banned scammer on Sythe.org, I'd make sure he couldn't log onto my account whenever he felt like it. Sythe.org is a trading website, and you are responsible for your own account. We must do what is safe for the community, and in this case the answer is obvious.

    I say no to unban.
