I'm willing to spend some money on PKers. I'm verified paypal and we'll use an OMM splitting fees. I prefer that the account has less than 10 M, but anything is fine. I'm willing to pay:

$40 if it has 90+ mage and 90+ range or strength

$50 if it has 94 mage and 99 range or strength

$65 if it has 94 mage, 96+ ranged, AND 96+ strength

$75+ if it has 94 mage AND turmoil

What attack lvl? defense lvl? prayer lvl?
I build accounts and could help you out here but the price would be a bit higher than what your asking, I mean normally a single 90+ stat runs $40 in combat NOT including the mage, (which btw, your asking for a POOR account but any decent account would be poor after the 20Mil it takes to get 94 mage). I can help you, but before I start calculating and talking serious, are you willing to sway a bit from your prices? Or ask for a bit less for the prices you gave? I would love to help you get what you want. =D
