Proof Of Being Banned For Real World Trading In Runescape

banned for rwt last month, i did nothing but buying a crown and selling some junk on rsbot forum.

 

I've never bought from gold4rs but they seem legit.

 

Okay, one thing to prevent being banned for rwt'ing, is.. for pictures, i recommend u scratch out the name with paint and scaratch out stats so jagex can put ur stats in and find the user. yeah u should be fine as long u dont over do it.

Never been banned and RWT'd over 100 mil.

 

since everyone has their own method of transfering i would say the chances are low.

 

I got banned for donating cash but it was stupid the way I did it. Back then everyone had become so relaxed transferring and then the 2007 wedgehammer mass ban came.

 

RWT is uncommon now a days compared to a high risk of getting banned back in the old days when there was no trade limit. If your trying to buy something on here, I don't think there's much of a chance for being banned for RWT.

 

I bought 20m and got temp banned....was all good though.

 

Stuff like that isn't some kind of myth, many people get ban hammered with rwt, I would say it would be safe to buy like 50m from a site, but if you buy 200m+ Jagex will catch on and ban you. Just be reasonable.

I would suggest not buying more than 50m a month. Any more then that is pretty obvious.

I've never really been banned for rwt, neither have anyone of my friends.

My old friends although did get banned on their accounts back before trade limit, when they just traded 100M lol.

Only ever happened to me once. No evidence was supplied.

 

i got a 132 that had place holders for 99prayer banked in bones,ags,bandos,dfs ect..

got banned for RWT but they changed the ban to buying/selling because i got a phished account to buy my junk off me

that happened November or December 2008, emailed jagex after failing to lift the ban.. doesnt seem like they are going to lift the ban any time soon

It seems that everyone who posted here said that they were banned for something involving money transfer. I suppose its pretty hard to tell if someone is just unaware of rare prices or if they are rwt'ing.
