    Overpriced services.

I was looking around a lot today in the skilling services section and EVERYTHING is overpriced but a few threads.

I was wondering why are people allowed to charge more then what the bots cost. Everyone knows you get the bots from www.rsbots.net and www.autofighter.org

So if the average bot cost $20.00, why can these skilling services charge more?

Because they "watch the screen"? Yeah, bull****. All they want is to get their money and be done with you. They could care less if your account got banned.

What made me pissed mostly is how i was talking to kleenex before about the price of the botting and she wanted double of what it costs.. Who wants to pay double for a one time deal when you can buy it and have it for a lifetime?

I think there should be a price limit on what people can charge you for skillling by bots. If anyone else agree's please reply.

Haha, I'm not a girl. If you don't want to buy services, then don't buy. Don't go crying and spamming my thread. Many people used to charge much more than I do now, and they still got the same business, if not more, than I. I suggest that you stop whining and buy the bot if you don't want to pay.

If you don't like the prices then don't buy them, simple as that.

Why are you complaining about "Some" people having high prices. You are not forced into buying from anybody on Sythe. If you do not like the price on somebody's thread do not but from them simple. Obviously some people are willing to pay the asked amount. If it is more than the bot it is most likely a trusted person who has completed many 99's, maybe with a vps and experience in not getting accounts banned. Many people would not have the patience to bot themselves to 99 because I doubt you have done it and you do not know what it is like.

The experienced botters do no just throw ur bot on and not care. Most of them have a refund rule aswell.

You have to wake up in the morning, turn your bot on, turn it off. Bots break down. You have to fix them. Prices are extremely reasonable.
I willingly (before I started a business) would pay someone $10-20 more than the bot for botting a 99, as it takes a huge hassle out of my life.

First off you need to check on your bot every so often. Second you have to waste energy leaving your computer on which costs money.

IMO, You get what you pay for.. If you're looking for the lowest prices, you're typically going to either get Scammed or get the same low quality of service.

It's a pain in the ass running a skill training store. Actually a massive one. There are the bots not working, constantly people asking about prices and wasting your times, getting stuck in randoms, making sure your computer is running well, checking your bots to see if they work or not. There are so much more, I could go on for hours and hours. To be honest it's worth paying the $40 for 99 agility.

I guess your right. But if you look at it from a step back. It doesnt make sense to pay to get it done by someone else

As Spyike said, bargain hunting on Sythe.org is the demise of many. Scammers tend to use low prices and impossible promises to lure their victims. However, if you feel a service is grossly overpriced, then buy it from somebody else. The laws of economics will always assert themselves over time, and users who are overcharging for a service will see their revenue decline.

This will leave them three options:

    1) Continue to lose more and more business to competition
    2) Adjust prices to compete
    3) Exit the market

Either way, they're not beating the system.

Not really, getting a 99 from a website like Gold4RS and paying $200 yet they'll still delay it for extremely long periods of time? While there is some truth in your statement it doesn't apply to most situations here on Sythe.

Agreed. I just wish people would lower their prices to make it a tad more reasonable.
