    This is a small tip, but cut out all soda.

    It's basically an acid and is very bad for you.
    It also makes you short of breath and makes it harder for you to do cardio.


    If you drink soda often then you WILL notice a difference of 1-2 pounds every week.

    Kudos Divine_God, you're the first person I've seen who talks about the diet.

    There's little to no point doing any exercise if you don't eat right.

    Let's see, your body wants iron and fiber to bump the muscles up. Eat plenty of eggs (or semen), red meat, liver, kidney. I urge you my apprentice, to not eat processed grains for breakfast, go for hmmm porridge with a hunk of butter in it (shit is god-mode food, energy all day (butter wtf? Yes butter, it's beneficial. The enzymes help your stomach process and absorb other shit). Other god-foods are; miso (tastes strong, you've gotta be a man to have this. Yogurt (the more 'natural' type, not the sugary shit), raw almonds (not salted, not roasted) (about .25 of a cup a day), sprouts, if you can get a seed of some sort, put it in a dish with some water, it'll start growing into a baby plant, but you eat it really early on. It's odd, when a seed germinates, it unlocks all the nutrients and makes it easier for your body to digest. Vitamin levels can increase hundreds of percent just by soaking a seed in some water overnight.

    More info out there, google it up :) Thing is, you'll find it far easier to loose weight/gain muscle if you're eating healthy. Doesn't mean you have to turn into a fitness nazi or not ever eat anything with sugar salt or fat, just watch it.

    the way i do it, is force yourself to run, maybe on a track? run 1 lap walk 1
    at a quick pace, do pushups and sit ups every night, it will build up your arms and chest and abs, i am 15, 5'10" 220 lbs, and 3% body fat doing nothing but that.

    The best way to lose weight is simple just do something healthier than you were doing before..if u even want start walking around the block everyday once..but what i recommend is what I'm doing, work out after school like 3-4 times a week then when it comes to holidays take a break like when halloween comes don't work out the whole week..And don't give up the beginning will always be the hardest. Thats the biggest problem with people with working out..they think so much about it..then they do it for a day or 2 and then give up..also this will help u with being less shy..it helps me..and i'm very shy.

    This summer I've lost over 16kg's by my self. All you got to do - eat healthy food. From time to time check calories/day and if u want u could right it down. Honestly, very important thing that helps to lost the weight - do not eat after 6pm. Until that time you can eat regulary just not shitty food..

    The whole eating after 6-7 pm thing is bad is a joke.
    Your body and your metabolism work just as good, if not better when you are asleep.

    When you're sleeping, your body is going through SO much. We all think it's break mode, but inside, we're getting a lot done lol.

    Do this : a few sit ups everyday, each day do one more sit up, do this everyday, no matter, it is your bithday, a holiday. If you will do any other extra exercises this will help a lot also!

    Since your 16, I'm guessing your in school. At school, try to get more into PE. If your a junior, ask fi you can get into personal fitness(lifting weighs, doing special workouts, etc). You can actually do this at your home. Drink lots of water. You might not know this, but drinking lots of water actually helps you loose weigh a little.

    If your looking to build muscle, try and eat right. Don't miss breakfast, eat lunch, dinner, and try and fit at least 2 snacks in-between. Drink lots of milk.

    Do you eat breakfast regularly? If not, that can be a common culprit in weight gain.

    It kick starts your metabolism. If you eat a healthy breakfast you're more likely not to eat late at night. Night eating makes you gain weight.

    I am around 6 foot and weigh around 220 pounds, but people consider my build as the reason to my weight.

    I do press ups everyday, and jogging will help to keep up with our fitness.

    As for diets, I don't follow an diets, but I have loads of veg and fruit.

    • Eat less
    • (yuo will have to cut down a bit each day)
    • Take a break from video games and focus on fitnes
    • Look at pictures of what you want too look like to keep you motivated
    • dont sleep in, people think sleeping in is better for you, but whats better for you iswaking up when your body wakes you up
    • Drink more water, it helps flush away fat and excess calories
    • Multivitamins are very helpful
    • if you have the cash sign up for a gym and maybe some good supplements
    • that link i described will give you good tips on what supplements to use
    • Push yourself, no mnatter how lazy you feel, just do it. There is no better sense of accomplishement then finishing something that you didnt want to finish
    • Stay active, be more social, look at different girls/women and think about how nice it owuld be to be able to have them look at your body
    • Go for a jog, do this often as you want, its boring but does wonders.
    • Eat more fruits, drink more water than usual, makes your body feel awake, energized and clean.
    • Setup a routine. Push yourself more and more eachday

    I would go more into more depth of what I actually do and use, but since your beginning with the whole fitness ordeal just follow those first then you can get into more complex areas, like muscle growth, proteins, enzymes, supplements, amino acids.

    It can be fun if you make it fun

    The only place success comes before work is in the dictionary.

    Hey dude, I was 12 years old, 5'3", and 190 lbs. I lost 50 pounds and was 140 lbs, 5'7", and 14 years old. At the moment I am 17, 6'3", and 190. Here's the rules I followed:

    10,000 steps a day. It doesn't matter whether you take a walk or run, they don't have to be at once, just move some.

    Less than 25 grams of fat a day. This means going from normal potato chips/sodas to baked/diet. They taste just about the same and are alot better for you.

    Less than 65 grams of sugar. This one is a tough one, but it does have some exceptions. Fruits have ALOT of sugar in them, but it is natural glucose. Do not count them, but still remember that fruits DO have caloric value.

    Less than 1500 calories. Another toughie, I know that you are growing, and you need to eat in order to do that. Try to stick with lean proteins throughout your day such as turkey, reduced fat cheese, and even hummus on a tortilla is a great alternative to many foods.

    When you get chicken, whether baked, broiled, or grilled, always remove the skin. Try to avoid ALL fried chicken because the oils have tons of fat.

    Make your own lunch, never buy from school. Even the 'healthy' options such as juice and turkey wraps have many more calories than you think!

    I would also suggest going to www.calorieking.com and buying a Calorie King Fat & Carbohydrate book. It has really helped me. I carry it around everywhere and look up what I eat.

    I also suggest keeping a food journal of everything you eat and keep track of:

    Fat, Calories, Time, Portion size, Protein, Carbs, and your Exercise for the day.

    Do it for one normal day to see what it's like, then try a new plan and try to include what I've mentioned into it.
