F2p: Bring me air tiara and like 20k rune essences
P2p: bring me air tiara, nature tiara, all pouches you can have, 5k rune essences and 10k pure essences with a lot of glory you can get (charged)
If you can't get glory then just follow f2p option but will take more time.
