Is this considered scamming

Well, I bought a BattleScape account + like 130M gold on there for a very cheap price.

Day after I get banned for RWTing on BS for 'RWTing' via Sythe, the guy I bought it off must of reported me for this, as no1 else know I bought it.

So if I charge my cash back via PayPal, is it scamming ? He have been banned like 5 times before for leaking UE content etc.

Tell me if I can get banned for this, thanks, if not I will call Paypal.

 

well you accept the responsibilities of buying the acc+cash so i would say you trying to charge back the paypal would be scamming. Im not saying thats fair but thats what i think.

Didnt get scammed, the account got banned by one of the Staff members on BattleScape, which means someone told them, and the only guy who knew I put cash on it + bought it is the seller, of course he refuse that he did it, but I might charge it back.

 

I wouldn't lose sleep over charging him back. He obviously had ill-intent for selling you the items and then banning you. For all we know, the guy owns the server and will keep generating the gold and banning the people he sells it to. It wouldn't be considered scamming if you can prove he was the one who reported you/banned you.

 

I have no proof he is the owner, nor do I know he is the one who reported/banned me.

But I got banned before putting up any topic about selling the acc, yes, I put up a topic but I got banned 2 mins after.

Must of been him, no1 else, he might get '' + '' points for finding RWTers, who knows....

And I think you have full right to charge him back, especially as stuff like this has happened before.

if you botted on someones account, they pay you, a week later the account is banned, and they call you a scammer and want their money back?

Gotta watch out for BS sellers, this has happened before...

 

It is Italian Pker on this site, he does it to me before also , he should be perm banned, it's like a jagex mod selling phats then banning their account after they bought it ( he banned you, so he scammed, considering he took money also )
