Possible huge merch profit?

Check out this Grand Exchange graph for Law Talismans. I found this looking for items to merch the other day, and thought about investing alot of money in it. I am not so sure, since the trend seems to be going down.

What do you think?

 

I wouldn't be so sure? Though, it could be good in the short term. Seems to be bad in the long term.

Only if a merch clan picks it up which you cant really guess, and if you buy out you pretty much have to wait until they go down again before a merch clan would even bother picking it up

Unless a merch clan starts using this, or just a lot of people decide to buy them, they aren't worth buying.

 

If you have enough money to invest im sure you could make the price change slightly, then others would catch on etc.

2 days ago i could buy 10k instant in GE
yesterday 10k took like 5 mins
today you can't even buy them at low anymore and even med is slow.

They probably drop a little today or stay at same price. and keep on rising next few days.
But i don't care if you believe me or not you'll see when they rise.

 

no pic no proof =D ... lets see the math that backs up how you will make 200m in 1 investment and then lets see an inventory that shows that you have enough limp roots to make that profit and successfully dump before they inevitably crash.

I also got 100k+ on my other chars.

 

The graph looks excellent, but talismans in general have limited earning potential because of limited buy amounts and limited demand.

i've just taken a picture of my latest 2 merch items (i should of taken when i started) but i'll take another when im finished then post them(1-2 months lol) you will jaw drop on me lol

 

You're better off trying to solo merch something that is more in demand.

 

I can see a merch clan picking that up soon. If I'm not mistaken a private cc is merching body tallies atm, perhaps these could be the next? If I were you and were really interested in doing this, I would just keep a good eye on them over the next few days and maybe buy one each day to see how easy/hard it is for it go through.Once it gets to the point where it's hard to obtain them, I would get you and a few of your friends to start buying them out, assuming you have the money. Then start telling others and it will catch on. It is a lot of work, but it could be a good find. Gl.

 

It would be a good item to merch, but only for a merch clan.

 

Looked at the graph and decided to join you. Might buy at mid if I cant get a few K today.
