McCune is scamming me for 508m/130$ paypal

Explanation of the trade:
A discord user lizzy98888 with girl picture (previous username k0urmum43#2403)
added me on discord and then afterwards opened a buying gp ticket

I got sketched out from the way they typed, came freshly new wanting to buy 700m gp with paypal (which is known to be a big risk for chargeback/refund)
let's be honest, no girl has k0urmum43#2403 as their previous discord name...
So I came up with an excuse saying I can't do paypal atm.

2 days later I was still friends on discord with lizzy and saw the name/profile picture didn't change, I assumed it would change as it was a scammer. So I thought hmm maybe I should give the benefit of the doubt and tell her we can do paypal. Big mistake, I pmed her that I accept paypal again and lizzy said maybe it's better if we do venmo. So she joined my server & made another ticket, tried venmo but lizzy's card got ''declined'' then she asked for my paypal which I provided.

Lizzy sent me 130$ paypal and I met lizzy ingame and traded 500m + Ursine chainmace (as bonus item)
about 5 min later lizzy asked me if I sell items to which I responded yet, lizzy wanted to buy a scythe so I said it'd be 135$. Lizzy sent 135$ paypal, I was about to buy the scythe for lizzy to trade, but my helper who takes my paypal payments for usd showed 2 screenshots of the first and second 130$ & 135$ payments. I saw the name of the person that sent it was ryan mccune, I also looked ingame and saw a name similar to mccune standing next to lizzy. This is when things clicked for me.

I asked lizzy if he is mccune, to which lizzy replied that mccune is her boyfriend...
lizzy is also ranked as ''cheerleader'' in mccune his discord server.
I'm almost positive lizzy is just mccune his alt account, theres been a report where he did the exact same thing before: Reporting user "McCune"

McCune confirmed himself that he is the boyfriend of lizzy and I've added him to the current gp ticket on his main account which he is talking on discord with me currently.

I requested to Lizzy to give back the 500m + Chainmace first and then I will refund both paypal payments of him, he told me I have to refund the 2nd payment first before he will give the 500m back.
I have 0 faith in him returning my 500m which is why I refuse to refund him or do anything yet, I've told him that something went wrong in the payment and he needs to give me the 500m back as collateral so I can refund the payments and then afterwards we can process them properly (me playing dumb attemping to get my 500m back since I know he will chargeback both payments anyway)




Atm I have only given 500m and Ursine chainmace for his first 130$ paypal payment, his 2nd payment of 135$ I have not paid him for. I have not refunded either of the payments yet.
Waiting for a mod to instruct me on the best course of action.

mccune filled for a case to chargeback both payments.
Will include proof in a private message for mods

 

An update:

Day 3: Aloe has not refunded the unpaid order, or paid out on the order.

How long will Sythe allow this rookie to not pay out or refund?

We are not interested in reversing the first order. Gold prices have fluctuated and it would be in Aloes best interest to do so, but not mine. I do not agree to his request.

Gentlemen. It's $135, less than a day of work in the US. Tell him to choose a route and close this out.
