The Report a Scammer section needs more moderators! I keep seeing people being scammed by the same person.

For example, Kush World scammed me and I posted more than enough evidence to get him banned. Then another user a few days later reports him. It's just gonna keep happening.

Sythe obviously doesn't give a shit about this place anymore, because he knows that there are a lot of active members. But how long will it be until this place will be a fucking graveyard.

Please, I beg of you Sythe and the other admins, promote trustworthy people to ban people that deserve to be banned. Please excuse my language, I just hate how people can get away with this.

 

Maybe it should be made more obvious that people should search the scam reports with the other person before the actual trade is conducted.

 

It still amazes me how people are scammed so much. There are so many free MM's out there nowadays and on top of that it is extremely easy to avoid being scammed.

 

Maybe it should be more obvious when the person has a big fucking red BANNED sign under his name.

 

It takes ten seconds to run a background check on someone. Globals process reports as quickly as they can.

 

Globals don't do shit, it's been two days since anyone answered my report. I could do most of the shit globals do in 5-10 minutes then taking a few days to respond.

And to many of the new users which aren't aware on what goes down in this forum I think it would be more convenient to get more ACTIVE globals on the Report a Scammer section and let them take pride in what they do, because they're only gonna keep this place better.

I've even PM'd Tyro and he hasn't done shit.

 

Everyone is capable of scamming, it might amaze you but OMM and free "MM" are people to; although I do agree there is a few trusted free middle men out there but I still think the best way to make sure you don't get scammed is to not go first. If you use good judgement with who you're trading with, you should have no problems. I also agree, about the report a scammer section needing to be monitored more by more moderators.

Globals are persons too, and they actually have a life. Do you have one?

 

Taking out a page or two of spam reports alone takes 1-2 hours.
People have things to take care of, and no one wants to be looking at scam reports all day. Many of our globals and sectionals log on everyday and dedicate hours of their time to the site cleaning up spam and other clutter.

Your report will be looked at in due time. At the end of the day, you can only blame yourself for being scammed.

 

Correct, guys please realize it takes 5+ minutes per report most of the time. Posting in the correct format will also help to get your reports answered faster. I try to knock out some of the evasion reports when I can.

 

I've been extremely busy this past labor day weekend so I haven't had much time to do them. I'll get them done this week.

And I don't care how many ban evaders post it.

 

So.. What if no one wants to go first? Then we just don't trade? I kind of see where you are coming from, but using a MM that has done many trades, is a very effective way to not get scammed. Most trades also go faster with a MM. At least for me it does. Idk why, but the MM wants it to be done with, and does everything quick and smooth It's really not that hard to get scammed. I've only been scammed one time, but I was able to get my refund because the guy felt bad, rofl.
