Wrong to cheat if....

Would it be wrong to cheat if you know you would not get caught?

Would you cheat if you know you wouldn't get caught?

Erm I think its A Moral Issue If anything But to me Ive cheated and also been cheated on its not a nice feeling so ive stopped becuse I see what it does to people .

 

Think of the Golden Rule when you consider cheating.

"Do unto others as you would have others do unto you."

Just because you would not get caught, does not mean it is the correct thing to do. It really comes down to, if you were the other person, how would finding out make you feel?

 

It's always wrong under any circumstance.

 

This is the 1 thing in a relationship I could never bring myself to do, cheat. That to me is the ultimate betrayal.

 

Of course it would be wrong to cheat even if you knew you wouldn't get caught... cheating we all know is "wrong" no matter what kind of cheating lol.

 

I think everyone is Agreed Its Wrong Altho Im sure there is people who use sythe who think its right .

 

Well i look at it as what do you get from cheating? if its nothing special then no, if its something good, then yes.

 

It all comes down to moral beliefs. Cheating doesn't only effect yourself, it effects other people as well. At the end of the day, you will feel alot better knowing you did something good and honestly.

 

Why does it matter if you get caught or not? It's always wrong.

 

Of course it's wrong. Punishments serve to deter people from committing IMMORAL acts.

 

if you need to cheat to survive or provide food for yourself/family is it then immoral?

 

If its a one time deal and you don't see each other again, go for it.

 

Instinct is older than morality.

No I personally wouldn't, even if I knew I wouldn't get caught. Just a moral thing. I have been cheated on, I know how it feels, I wouldn't wanna make someone else feel that way. :/

 

how about you try to work out the issues with your relationship so that you dont have the urge to cheat?

 

relationships? I thought this was about like cheating on a test or whatever

 

Cheating in any circumstance is morally wrong.

When someone catches you cheating, they don't punish you for fun, they punish you to teach you that cheating was wrong, so you wouldn't make that mistake again.

So, in all cases, whether you were to be caught or not, cheating is wrong.

 

Cheating in what way?
Gaming, school, relation?

 

cheating a billionaire out of some money so you can feed your homeless wife and kids is in noooooo way wrong imo
