Buying an account from RS2Pleasent!

I bought an account from RS2Pleasent for $295 and 2 years later I get this email from Jagex.

I'm not trying to get R2 Banned
What should I do?

 

I thought Jagex NEVER contacts people trough email about this kinda information?...

 

This is obviously fake.. Jagex doesn't allow buying/selling accounts.

 

Well you made your acc in march 2010 so how did you buy it 2 years ago?

 

This is real.. And the account was made in 2002.

 

I'm talking about your sythe account. Try print-screening the email and posting it here? If you do, then you could get R2 banned possibly, but I highly doubt this is valid.

 

I don't want him banned at all, I just want to know what I should do about it?

 

Take a screeny of it the message jagex staff sent you..

[email protected] is a legit email used to contact jagex and they DO reply to you.

 

I see the email. You probably were trying to recover w/out email so they were infact telling you the outcome of the situation. I would talk to r2p and question him about this. I'm sure he will gladly help you out.

 

This doesn't normally happen unless you were constantly recovering your account and it got locked. In that case they have to find the original owner/IP address of the account that it was made on.

If I were you, I would also Contact R2 for any help.

 

This honestly looks fake. I don't know if Jagex even sends emails like this. Just saying, emails can be faked. Try contacting R2P himself.

Yeah, e-mails can be faked easily.

If this is indeed real, you will need to contact R2Pleasant himself in order to get this solved. Im sure he will be more than happy to help you with your issues.

 

This is scary stuff though, luckily for you the seller is still around, but what for the other account buyers. There's usually no way in hell buyer and seller have contact this long after.

 

i agree, and also to those people that buy accounts of the websites, i'm pretty sure they'd turn on you and say you never bought an account, then offer to sell you that account back to you :/

 

Rofl. Jagex isn't going to state that they will allow you to have access to the account if you bought it. This is absolutely fake. I'm 100% positive.
