No it is a GFWL key, if you have any GFWL game you downloaded before like from torrent, and have the latest patch, you can use the key to play the game multiplayer. You wont have any problems.

Fyi, instead of just saying you don't know if something will run on your computer, look up the minimum requirements of the program.

 

Yea but no body needs to know if I can run the game or not .. Still my PC wont be able to run any new hardcore game so.
