Hello - it looks like one of our team members made a mistake and explained the rules wrong when communicating with you. I see the situation has been corrected now internally. Sorry about the misunderstanding.

 

I haven't used my account for a couple of years, I came back recently to buy some WoW gold, and I got banned for suspicious activity, I contacted the live chat and all I got was a bad experience (even though I was available to deliver personal documents to prove that I am the owner of the account), it should be noted that I was also banned from Live Chat, it was literally a BRUH moment.
I understand that your rules say you can ban for suspicious activity, but I literally didn't do anything out of character.

 

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. No security system is perfect, and false positive bans do happen from time to time.

We'd be happy to take a look and check if something can be done to resolve your situation. Could you please DM us your Eldorado username so we could investigate further?

Incredibly bad customer service from Elderado:

My Elderado account is currently suspended, with no reason as to why, well they said they cannot provide one.

I've been asked to verify my id, which I've done twice now, and I'm being asked again. But I no longer even have the "verify ID" option.

I've been contacting livechat almost daily and sending emails almost daily.

Here is the first one:

Hello,
thank you for your email.

Your account has been identified as suspicious and was permanently suspended by our system.
Unfortunately, no information as to why that happened can be disclosed. Sorry about the inconvenience.

My response:

I've provided everything you requested of me. Is it still being shut down even after I provide id? I could even call through a webcam and hold my id up if needed.

Whatever you may need from me to resolve this, please let me know and I will try to do this.

If this cannot be solved please instruct me on how I can withdraw my funds.

There has been no emails back from this customer support agent.

I then asked again how I can withdraw my funds, I was asked to provide id I said:

"Can you not see I've verified twice already? Or did it not go through?"

once again, no response from the agent.

I created another ticket and was told

I sent another email saying:

Since I've had this issue all I get is "help" and any time I try to talk to chat it asks me to leave a message, what time will chat operators be on? Or could I have a link to talk to someone?

I contacted the live chat and I was told to upload id I asked "where can I upload this id there is no option please give me an email I can send it to if I cannot upload on the site"

I proceeded to send probably 7 messages on the live chat over a few hours with 0 responses.

If the id verification that I uploaded TWICE already is not good enough then tell me why it isn't is it too blurry? It didn't look that way, I can upload for the third time if it's really needed but I need to withdraw my money or at least be told what the issue is.

If this is not solved in 5 days I will conclude that I'm being scammed and write a scam report as well as warn every other gold seller to be aware that this can happen to them too.
