Addicted to energy drinks.

Energy drinks are fine. As long as you drink plenty of water and run/workout. Your young, the drinks will have no affect on you as long as you drink water aswell. Energy drinks dehydrate you. Thats when you run into problems. I drink 2 monsters and 3+ sodas a day.

I know some one that had the same addiction. (Not as serve though.) My only advice I could give to him was to just stop. I know it sounds way easier said then done. And believe me it is. Put a limitation on it so you can't get any more drinks. Maybe it involves giving your parents your money and then making them pay for things for a while so you don't get any more energy drinks. You could also have some one call you or check on you every few days to make sure you haven't drunken any.

Yea i did that one time with food last year when i was working out and stuff i asked my mom to but me certain things like gatorade,yogurt..ect I'll try it.

 

Caffine Addiction thats what it is . Just go cold turkey that should work .
