Spam Forum Required Post Count/Join Date

Not sure how elitist 25 or 50 posts would be. I wouldn't go higher than 50, however.

 

Honestly, just make a small post count requirement, like 20-50 and then a one month on the site requirement. That means that most normal users would be able to post in it very soon after they join and random vaders who feel like bashing the staff after a bad decision won't be able to unless they plan ahead, which most likely will not happen.

 

A small post count would be nice, but I'd prefer a small join date .

 

I'd say 5 month requirement for another spam forum, and just keep the currentone too

 

why not request a exclusive spam form for the donation lounge then? most people who are posting in this thread have donated. It also benefits the site by giving more people incentive to donate, and you get your own personal hideaway from vaders. just a thought but yea.

 

I'd personally disagree with making it paid members only.

I also think that a post count requirement is useless. As many have pointed out, it's a simply matter of spamming that much. Anyone with half a brain can manage to post that many comments without getting yourself infracted for spamming.

A join date requirement seems the most sensible suggestion, although 6 months as initially suggested would be far too long. Possibly 1 month, or 3 months, would be a better idea.

 

im not suggesting move the spam fourm but simply making a 2nd that would reside in the donation lounge. although most do go into the spam fourms to spam its what they are meant for.

 

I really don't like what the Spam Forum has become. I really like this idea. It would bring down the amount of vaders, etc., and make the forum more enjoyable again.

 

I support a 3 or 1 month old account limitation. You could do a post count but that is really easy to get up so I would suggest doing the join date instead.

Both works better. Then to plan ahead the need to register an account and post on it and then wait a month. Its really hard for vaders to do if they want a couple of accounts but simple for most members.

The spam forum is nothing but non sense anyways if you want to have a real conversation with someone other then just seeing pointless threads and constant "umads" try posting in the something for all section. As for the evaders I wouldn't mind seeing the the post count from the donor lounge being removed I honestly don't see any "real" topic people can talk about within that section either then bragging about donating a large amount of money that just results in people constantly trolling and people repeating the same retarded lines like "new faith", like really thats not fucking annoying at all when you read it for the one billionth time.

 

The donators lounge isn't a spam forum and won't ever be. Its been suggested many times.

I don't really support this. It's only going to attract people to mass create accounts and keep them for storage.

Generally, I would agree with you that the DNS list should be upheld, but when certain circumstances arise, it's necessary to break the rules in order to fix what has come about.
