What can I do if Gold4RS are really late?

I ordered 20Mill from Gold4RS on the 30th of Aug... It's like 5 days from that now and nothing has changed on my characters highscores so I started to wonder if they'd even used my character... I went into a live chat and after the girl going off for about 5 minutes to get my progress,

She told me I now have 6Mill (I already had 2Mill) out of 20 and 129 more hours to wait!
The full order for my level should have only taken 132 hours so now it's 129+132=261!

Once I said 261 hours all she had to say was:

"care about progres ok
if we donot finished on time
/then said that"

After I informed her she has about... 10 hours to 'Finish on time'
she told me to check back in "12 hours" as the "Time maybe wrong"...

If I check back later and still hav'nt got my gold, is there anything I can do ?

 

Give them 24 hours, if they don't have your order done, charge back you money. Make sure to take pictures of the conversations. They might not give it back right away, but as soon as you can, escalate your dispute to a claim. ^_^

 

you cant charge back on companys like that they will always win cause they will support evidence that the their still inprogress and because its a virtual matter they cant do anything about it my best bet is to wait it out man gl.

it depends what they tell you man sorry i dont have a very good answer for that you always gota rember their there to make money so..... but i wish you luck man

Terrible service

 

what i do is try to have correct grammar when talking to them. don't have run on sentences, etc.

also, don't give them a huge paragraph. summarize what happened, because they'll get confused, and only respond to one sentence of what you said.

just remember that gold4rs has people that don't really have great grammar, so kind of talk to them like if they were kids. it's weird, but whenever i talk to them, it seems to work great.

They really are terrible at that. There isn't any thing you can do sorry. Although I did see a guide in the guide section a month or two back where you can get top priority with them. That should hopefully fix it.

 

Charge it back, and see what they are going to do.

In the future I suggest you ordering from usfine.com instead.

 

I've always relied on gogoer/rs2bag. They have always came through, until about a month ago they got my account banned for botting

They probably bot for gold farming and do real person by rapid gold (not sure). I've ordered from them a lot of times and I usually get what I pay for. When they got my old account banned, they gave me a full refund after a couple emails

Seeing that most of the websites also use bots, I'd say gogoer is your best luck because you always risk of getting banned and they will offer you a full refund. I haven't tried usfine, but once I'm done with my pure I will try them

 

I would suggest threatening to chargeback Once they are finished if you do not get the extra 15%. Personally works great with these Chinese companies knowing that there is a chance they may lose the money.

 

Hmm... 3 different peopel have all said the EXACT same thing to me within' the space of 10 hours...
