2010 College Football Season has started

The season has officially started, and there's been a ton of games. I'm hoping for a great season and look forward to seeing the top 25 teams progress.

What are your guys' opinions on the teams this year? Who's going to win what? The schedules?

Michigan won

Alot of Michigan fans don't have any faith in Rich Rodriguez. I personally have always believed in him.

Hopefully we can make a decent bowl game this season.

Can someone tell me why people like college football/sports in general? I never understood it. It's not like these are big time famous teams like in the NFL/etc?

I watch college because its exciting. Also these are the future players I will be watching in the NFL.

 

My cousin is at Georgia Tech now on a football scholarship, so i hope to see him get some action, even though being a freshman he probably wont.

 

Florida gators will always be my team, They aren't looking good at all this year they need to step it up a lot, I've been going to the games forever, Parents are season ticket holders

 

In the pros you always have the big egos, and superstars.

College involves more teamwork.

 

Im also a Florida Gator and my parents are alumni and ticket holders for 17 years now.
You have to be patient. It was the first game and we have a young and unexperienced team.
On the other hand Brantley is looking to have quite a year.

I prefer not. I liked it the way it was before. If you can change that, that'd be great.

College football always has unexpected plays and things that can happen, and there's no way of predicting a winner because a prediction can always go the other way. In the NFL, people know which team is going to win, etc.

 

Gators for life. Although we beat Miami (Ohio), it wasn't the Gators that I expected we fumbled the ball way to much and it wasn't the greatest performance. I'm not expecting big things this season, but it wont relinquish my loyalty to them.

 

I'm not expecting too much out of them either. They lost Tim Tebow, their main weapon. He was the team's offence, both passing wise and rushing wise.
