Saleemmm - Scammed & Blocked After Max Account Purchase

Proof that it's their Discord: I assume moderators can view threads before they were edited, but this was linked here: sold and here is a screenshot of him viewing my profile right after the timestamp provided in screenshot provided towards bottom of post imgur.com

Explanation of the trade: reached out to the discord that was listed in his post and confirmed the UID matched before continuing. Asked a few clarifying questions before going back and forth on pricing, etc. He admitted he had lied about the $850 best offer, when I then said I appreciated the honesty. We discussed payment method, he sent his BTC address, which I then confirmed, then I sent off the payment. Once I was sure it was confirmed, I reached out again. This is when he asked for my Sythe profile and promptly blocked me.

How they scammed: cleared his post, blocked me (clearing our chat history), and obviously never provided the account

I previously sold an account to @Saleemmm (not the one in this report) and have had him added on Discord ever since. Just checked and it seems like he's deleted me. Not looking good. :/

Can staff advise on the security of an account that was sold while linked to a Jagex account? I know that I can recover it as the OO, but given that Saleemmm was the creator of the Jagex account it is linked to, is it also recoverable by him for as long as its linked? The current owner has reached out to me about it and I'm honestly not sure. Would like to reduce the risk of another person losing things here.

I've reverted his threads in the meantime as a precaution in-case he tries to relist them in the future since he edited them right after the scam took place.
