Fake.. In p2p there is a summon bar below run bar, on this there isn't. It is not f2p because in the one screen shot it says 138 & dragon claws, in f2p it would say unarmed & 126.

Suggest that this be closed it's 100% fake, obv a scammer.

Also note it has 99 hp, not 990 lf, and the dung. skill wasn't in there. Nice client dude (not).
