If Jagex brought back the old 317 runescape would you give up present day runescape?

The good old days , merchting was a skill of scamming / and luck oh man i miss it !!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Yep.. I remember runescape like that.. and I miss it lots..

 

I wouldn't leave Present Day Runescape, I'd play both.

 

The new rs is good because of cool graphics gwd and more shit, but old rs was better because pking, no trade limit, irl trades etc. that was fun times.

 

Of course i would, current day RuneScape sucks LOADS of ass.
No trade limits and real pking was awesome. I miss it and i'd give up all my accounts to get it all back.

 

Wrong actually, the trade limit wasn't removed until January 1st.

 

I would give up everything to start again with 317 Runescape.

Definitely! I'd start over on a lvl 3 account if we could all have the old days of RS back.

 

To be honest, after all the work put into accounts recently for the updates after I would not go back.
Merchanting isn't hard nowadays and , with the right people, you can make a lot.
However if you revised the question into, " What would you change about Runescape today?" then I would answer that by saying they need to change Duel Arena .
It's really boring now, back then it was a risk.

Summoning is very useful, the new potions are as well.
Spirit Shield help a bunch and Slayer has gotten more interesting to.
But that's just me.

If it was 317, then no, since there wouldn't be items such as firecapes, furies, etc.

They were all released in or around 333/377, not too sure.

If it was 333/377 then hell yeah, I'd go for it.

The 317 gameframe was horrible.... Jagex should of stopped updating after the GE...

Btw the GE was my idea

 

As long as they kept the new graphics, kept summoning im all good, and ofcource i keep the same level that woule be awesome, but pointless knowing its never going to happen.

 

Why go back? Rs is so much more fun now. Money=No problem, bot. Pking=No problem, risk as much as you want since you can bot more money. Better graphics=More fun.

 

it would be wierd for maybe the first week, but after that i would end of loving the old pking and trade limit... the hours of standing around varrok west bank trying to buy stuff i wouldnt miss though
