I believe the only reason we are racist is because it is another thing to argue about, just like nationality, intelligence, height and so on...

I see your point. I was never racist before, growing up as a kid I hated people for making judgements about people they don't know. Some people just make their judgements out of pure ignorance but, as bad as it sounds, I think some racism is justified (not right). But honestly I live in the inner city milwaukee and I was never racist until I got mugged 3 times, and pistol whipped when people came into my friends grow house to take everything. Every time, they were black, so as a survival instinct I don't hate black people I just hate black people in the hood who dress like garbage men and think everything is theirs for the taking.

This goes the same for my past job. I worked in an American restaurant and worked with all hispanics. Being the only white guy I became racist as a response to the racism projected by the mexicans against me. They would throw food at me, clock me out, hit on my mom, just everything you would wantr to not happen while you;re working.

So from past experiences and what I've learned I have learned Mexican's seem to deceive and trick you and black people seem to take anything they want. I have met people who are exceptions to these survival instincts to avoid these races but for the most part I would say 90% of mexicans and blacks I have met fit this profile created by their fellow members of race.

I actually have even said to the mexicans I work with "you are a disgrace to your race and you people are the sole reason people become racist."

It's like if a gazelle saw his friends get eaten 1 by 1 everyday from a lion The Gazelle then learns it should run from the lion or it will die or become seriously injured. I have learned that in my best interest I should avoid these groups of people because in the past nothing positive has come from crossing their path.

Get with the times? There has been racism since the beginning of recorded time.

I don't see how time has anything to do with racism. People have always been racist, they continue to be, and will be in the future.

All stopping racism from being expressed would do is suppress the thoughts. Then you start having killings

Oh and actually, I don't understand why you hate Blacks and Mexicans, Judging a whole race from a couple of bad incidents with a select few, Pretty small significant-wise when your irrationally judging their whole race.

 

It all comes down to statistics and past experiences. I've had a lot of bad experiences with black people (I've actually been robbed by one, got my brand new ds stolen :'( ) which is why I tend to avoid them. There's a reason why most people in jail are black.

I value my safety, and if it means having to seem racist, then so be it.

I would say I am not a racist person, but if someone of a different race says something abusive I will resort to racist comments because that's what shocks them.

Imo Its becuse Of the Past And the Way Black People and Ethnic Races Who are not white Have been treated Ie lack of jobs so they had to resort to crime to survive . I belive most people Commit crime to "survive".

 

There's a number of reasons.

1. Growing up in the ghettos/slums. They see crime everyday, and grow accustom too it.

2. Lack of education. In North Carolina schools, I'm not sure if they do this in every state. They show a report, on how well certain races do on certain standardized tests. Blacks score the lowest, on just about almost ever category. Now that's just the overall. Of course there are blacks who score better than other races. Don't go blaming the schools for this either. They tend to skip school alot, not listen to basic instructions, and never do there work.

With a lack of education, your chances of getting a job is lowered. So they result too legal activities.

3. Rap culture. They think it's cool to do some of these things. It raises there "G" status. Some gangs require you to do horrible things too get into them (I.e Murder)

2. Black and Hispanic kids both skip classes often and fail to show up on standardized tests. Their mentality is this ''Well the teacher is boring so i don't feel like being there'' Or '' Oh well im gonna fail that test anyway no point of going''. When i was in HS my senior year it was insane the people who were about to graduate were reading at a 5th grade level and had the vocabulary of a 4th grader. Which means they can barely comprehend what they are reading i could use a simple word such as astonishing believe it or not they would say something along the lines of ''Why you acting smart'' or if you ask what it ment they would say it's something about space or astronauts.

Just last night my friend rang me up and said are you going out tonight i said na i got work. He says '' man fuck work it's a Saturday and we got bottles for the whole night'' Of course i didn't listen cause he was a fool.


3. To fit in you must act like a fool yourself or you will have no friends and be an outcast and some if not most simply can't handle it. I for one don't require any friends to live my life the way i want to I play World of Warcraft and for that fact alone i won't fit in. Not because it's a pc game but because only nerds play that game so they say. It's all about getting respect in the street they figure if people respect you or know you their lives will be better. They must have a status of some sort to be calm but still even with the status they wear it as a badge because they acted a fool to receive it.
