Bonus XP Reseted back to 2.7

Due to the recent Dungeouneering bug, Jagex decided to rollback the xp multiplier.
In before the fix, free xp's

Hello there,

We have looked through the code and found a bug where the amount of XP awarded for
dungeoneering overflowed one of our variables. This stopped the awarded XP from being
awarded.

As you can guess, this was not part of the plan. So we have placed in a new fix that will ensure
there is no overflow. This fix will cap the bonus for the very low floors. This isn't the best solution,
but we felt it best to get the immediate problem sorted.

Because we cannot recover what XP might have been awarded we have taken the opportunity to
rollout a onetime reset of the Bonus XP timer.

I am really sorry that this has taken place. You can rest assured that I feel terrible about this
occurring.

Hell yeah! Even more Herblore for me. Started Herbloring right when the bonus exp started, so I gained a lot from that.

Ppl were spazzing like crazy. It was funny. Too bad I'd already used most of my herblore supplies and sold the ones I didn't want to use anymore

Yeah. I didn't wake up until later, so I didn't have any EXP before the reset.

Its all good until my mate was on floor 41 large dungeon waiting for the double exp to start so he could finish it and get huge exp, he finished it and he got the same. :L
