Itouch 4G

I always wanted to ask a person with an Itouch this question....

Why not just buy the Iphone? Always puzzles me...

 

iTouch is cheeper. People want a music player.

What are the upgrades from the last one?

 

Because my dad pays for my phone service and we use Sprint. I'm not going to complain.

My brother has an Iphone 4, the monthly bill is around $50-$60.

Because at the moment AT&T is the only service that supply's the Iphone and not everyone uses AT&T. I myself use Sprint.

I'm not sure on the specs of the 3G specs but I posted 4G specs on the front.

 

How is your brother's bill only 50-60? The retailer said all phones must have data plans+unlimited texting+etc.

 

They look pretty sweet! Once I get the cash, I'm going to get it.

 

Yeah that can't be right, my friends iPhone bill is like $90+

 

He wasn't charged for data because he was an existing customer, and he gets a discount through his work. AT&T offer a lot of discounts.

FML. I got a free ipod touch when I ordered my macbook pro about 2 months ago because of the university deal. If I waited until now I would have gotten a free new generation ipod touch? The one I got doesn't have the new good stuff

 

Looks pretty nice. I'd like to have one myself. After seeing the new 6G Nano, this looks much better. Haha.

Usually Apple spams the T.V with advertisements for it's products. I was never aware of this.

 

It's sooo sick... OMG... I bought my 3rd gen like 2 months ago. I want it soooo bad... HD recording, video chat and shit

 

I'm sure they will start advertising it closer to launch or during launch, I don't recall seeing any Iphone 4 commercials until it was actually released.

 

Kmjt, The purpose of the "free iPod Touch with Mac" is to get rid of all the old iPods... The special offer ends just the day before the new iPods ship =p So no, you wouldn't have gotten the new iPod Touch with your Mac.

Anyways, My dad got my iPod Touch 1st generation refurbished when the 2nd one was already out .... and I've been waiting for an upgrade since. seems that this will be the upgrade =D.

Plus, you forgot to mention a new feature ... its WiFi is 802.11n b/g/n, not just 802.11n b/g ... That means for people with N routers like me, faster downloading speeds and a larger range of WiFi <3

 

I think it looks fantastic. Sure it's basically an iPhone 4 without the phone but it's still an amazing piece of technology. Unfortunately I only recently got an iPod touch 2g, so It'd be pointless buying one

Oh wow, I didn't know you could order off Amazon. That's fine though, I'd rather pay the extra bucks to know it's coming straight from Apple.

 

if i buy one it will be from best buy, i got 300 dollar credit there and i think i rather just use that to get the iphone 4 i mean that ipod looks to thin and i like the look of the iphone better it looks more professional
