Another thing youre wrong about. Only thing youre right about is my account being created in croatia. Owner knows what happend i talked with him for a long time and discussed my accoutn creation. The tos only not allowes use of proxies. Nothing in there says about creating account on a diffrent laptop while being on holiday in a diffrent country. If using multiple devices WAS NOT allowed that should be specified. Using multiple devices is NOT the same as using a proxy.
DONT try to get involved in a case u have 0 idea about 90% of information u provided so far has been false.

The information was provided to moderators/admins dealing with this case. You can deny everything we say, this is easy for you and does not require any effort or proof on your end (for whatever reason), so it is a safe bet for you. All essential information, images, and recording/s were provided to staff dealing with this case. I said it before and will repeat it. This is a case of data vs. denying it plus a clear violation of two ToC twice (if not three times). Also, start sharing screenshots here, proof on your end, as Moderator asked, as this is becoming a discussion, not a dispute. I DON'T have anything else to say unless Moderators/Admins need anything. Until then, the owner himself will deal with it, I already provided the data.

Details worth noting:

- The user hasn't used their balance to gamble but used multiple tips they received from another user (banned for proxy, admitted in tickets, the case was solved).
- As per our terms, sections 11.4 and 11.5, if the proxied user (on registration and betting) transferred funds to other accounts, the bets of those other users made with those funds will be voided, a screenshot of terms + link:

- Next, the user complaining here was found using a proxy on registration with an IP linking to Croatia. All bets were made two days ago from again proxied IP and a different country (screenshots can be submitted at the request of Mod/Admin). We are discussing proxies used on registration, not just betting. We do understand that players can unintentionally use a proxy while crawling a website, but in this case, the proxy use is also determined while agreeing to our terms and condition on registration (the process view is attached below). Based on the tipping user and user in question here, and that both used proxies raised questions under terms section 8, Single Account Policy. In this case, we don't have solid proof, only the behavior of these two proxied users and the trend of using proxies on registration and betting. But the fact that the user in question also used to hide their true IP on registration and betting violates our terms section 11 - ban, voided bets. All of this is stated in sections 11.1 - 11.6
- Agreement to Terms. Since the development stage of the website, there were always agreement prompts on the registration form; please see the media:

- Ban was issued by system auto-detection. Three users in total were affected. One admitted to proxy use, one was cleared and unsuspended, the third is here trying to bend the rules with clear evidence of two violations, and the third is in question/speculation.
- User initially deposited 11.11 tokens on the day of launch, almost a week ago; at the time of starting betting two days ago, the balance of the user was <0.50 tokens and all other betting funds were claimed in the form of tips of other proxied user (mentioned above).
- The system banned the user; we do run periodic tasks four times a day, scanning for "flags". Doing manual checks for every user would take too much time and is practically impossible. The moment the system caught the user, admins were notified to investigate and confirm the ban. Again, a total of 3 users were caught and banned without exception at the same time. One admitted (got funds voided, deposit returned, case solved), one got falsely flagged for using multiple home IPs (unbanned), and the third (this user), even though every data and detail proves violation, is denying everything.

 

This is the last reply i have to you since u dont have any respect and continue to try spread lies about my case.
1.You mention my 1147 token but AGAIN ignore my open withdraw ticket of 400 totaling my balance to 1547.
2. You AGAIN lie about my balance being earned from a “tip” that never was. I offered you 5000$ for a proof of a tip but to my account and you refused which tells alot of how legit your story is.
3. Account was NOT created on a proxy , the ip location is exact to the place in croatia that it was created at (?)
4. Account balance sat on 50+for around a week, only the person who i tipped was “<.50”.

Let the mod/s decide. We were asked to provide proof, and we did. We were asked to provide data, screenshots - we did. You are holding onto your story, and it's obvious why. Now, let's wait for the moderator to proceed. This has been tiring. Your denying of everything is easy for you, you can "bet" 10s of thousands on your truth and bent it as you wish at this point. We were providing facts and data, and you were just denying everything and agreeing to only points suiting you. At this point, you can deny whatever doesn't suit you but at least have the dignity to admit to wrongdoing. We have been reasonable from start to finish.

Apologies for longer than expected message, but this really took a lot of effort to deal with. We are not sure how else to improve in our Terms or processes to defend ourselves from cases like this. If anyone can simply come to forums, the Terms are ignored, and all the accuser has to do is deny everything, soon we will be refunding deposits for unfortunate players.

Yes we do, every tip and transaction is recorded in database with IP and userID logged. Due to sensitive information on our database structure we will share the screenshots of data gathered in private. Must note that I am still waiting for developer to do this task, should be done once he is available.

- In your terms of service do you have any preventing the user from taking balance using this method by which they obtained the balance? (excluding the proxy cause)

We do. You CAN NOT create an account on the same IP. Our system refuses registration if IP is matched in our database, meaning that access to features as tipping, quizzes, weekly race, should not be accessible. Please try creating two accounts on the same IP, it won't allow you. We do also have four daily scans by our system to detect any potential flags. Having a live check for every bet and tip would be too resources heavy.

- how did the user who sent the tips get the money?

On the launch day, made a deposit, then lost it. Later used a free bonus wheel, chat rain, weekly race tip and quizzes to gather a new gambling balance which that user later used to play games and won some tokens. Also this tipper received multiple tips from this user who opened scam report and from other user as well. Must also note that this tipper was banned for proxy use, at first denied it, then slipped and confirmed he actually did use proxy to create an account, so we refunded the first deposit user made and we parted ways on a good note, case was solved.
