    Just like the title says, who is the most reputable rule-breaker here on Sythe that you have caught? Reputable is defined by vouches, join date, post count, etc.

    Format:
    users name, and rule broken
    link to user's page
    info such as post count, vouch number, and anything else interesting
    link to your report (if possible)
