Hello I’ll give some clarity!

I own HelloPeeps and have been trading for a couple years, some time ago we used to offer services such as Powerlevelling, I stopped this due to. It being quite stressful but carried on making tutorial accounts. One of my workers which was doing powerlevelling and tutorial accounts wanted to continue so I helped him setup his own discord Throne Services. The reason the graphics are similar are because it was cheaper as I did them at the same time.

Luis also doesn’t own either server, i marked him as CFO on HelloPeeps (different to CEO btw) as a bit of a joke. He helps me with translation as he is one of the few Venezuelans I’ve worked with which speak both perfect English & Spanish. I asked him to give Carlos (owner of Throne) a hand with the translations on some of the tickets on Throne as he struggling to understand some of the more complex requests.

I can write up a proper response with evidence etc soon but can’t today as about to head to work. I’ll rewrite the above, add evidence and provide more details later when I’m home.

edit 1 - just on the part about tutorial accounts. He’s added them onto his server and resells ours for us and adds his own margin. I would note that our tutorials are re-sold by many sellers. I’m not sure on your thoughts about this but happy to change things up if needed. Throne sells probably 200 tutorials a month, or atleast that’s about what he buys from us and resells, he might be completing some orders on the side himself which I told him I have no issue with when he setup Throne. He makes tutorials for Hellopeeps in his downtime between his own orders.

HelloPeeps – Owned by myself Discord hello.peeps originally I was selling mainly accounts with various builds in 2021 and some powerlevelling services. in 2022 I stopped all services except tutorial accounts, this was due to some family issues I was going through and found it too stressful whereas the tutorial business was less hands on.

Throne Services – Owned by ‘Throne’ ‘doradoosrs’ (previously named Elrey), real name Carlos which I’ll refer to him in this post, Carlos works for HelloPeeps making tutorial accounts however previously he completed a lot of the HelloPeeps powerlevelling orders since as a trainer he is very experienced, he could also apparently complete eternal capes, although we never had an order for that. When HelloPeeps stopped powerleveling orders he said he wanted to continue, at the time I was getting my graphics re-done so as a gift I said I would help him setup his own discord and pay for the graphics, these were completed by Medin (Medin) See the original graphics request from 2022 here;

Luismviolin – Luis the first worker I ever hired back in 2021, I met him in-game at the Hill Giants trying to earn GP to sell for cash, I ended up hiring him to work on my accounts, over time I started getting him to train accounts to sell and it eventually snowballed into a business, he does not and has never owned either HelloPeeps or ThroneServices, he is however one of my most trusted on and off workers, I sometimes message him if I want a staff guide or message professionally translated due to his perfect English & Spanish verbal and written skills. He’s marked as staff on my discord although he rarely does any work for HelloPeeps, over the last year I’d say the majority of conversations have not even been Runescape related. When I helped Carlos setup Throne I asked Luis to help in the tickets to help translate some of the more complex requests, he was marked owner simply due to the discord settings needing it for ticket access, I would also point out at some point I was also marked owner of ThroneServices discord! This was to set it up, I then removed myself from it sometime ago. Anyway Luis doesn’t work for ThroneServices and barely works for me, we are mainly friends than anything else, sometimes I’ll send him the odd bit of cash here and there for helping with translations.


ThroneServices also sells tutorial accounts on the side, and is an official re-seller of HelloPeeps tutorials, there are a number of discords reselling HelloPeeps tutorials, we also supply them for sellers of Prime membership so sometimes end up on those discords. We also have a number of customers reselling them without my knowledge, I only tend to find out about this if they tell me they are doing it, again I have no issue with this. The vast majority of our sales are wholesale and re-sale, we are the largest supplier of hand tutorials in the game. Throne has the option to make his own tutorials and sell them or resell ours, this is probably 200 a month maybe and months can go by without a single sale, therefore he could be making them himself to make more money or he’s just not getting requests, I did find this in our chat history though;

Carlos makes tutorial accounts for HelloPeeps during his down time which I then sell on my discord, whilst it might make sense for him to stock his own tutorials to sell on his page given his financial situation in Venezuela it makes more sense to sell them to me and he can buy them back off me if he gets a sale.

Now in terms of the accusation of market manipulation by having the tutorials advertised in the same thread, well I make less money if someone buys them from him, my margins for resellers are wafer thin, I do it mainly to help Carlos, also if he creates accounts himself to sell then I don’t make any money and in the long run lose money. You could argue anyone which is a reseller of our tutorials advertising in the same thread (not sure if anyone else is) is technically supporting us, but we latterly make a couple cents on each sale by a reseller, we deal in bulk sales and need many thousands of account sales to even start making any noticeable profit, plus a big bank balance to pay workers to make and often store when sales decline outside of prime. I’m open to Sythe’s thoughts on this but I would bear in mind the poster is;

1. A competitor looking to increase their sales and sabotage a competitor

2. Is or was under the belief the discords were owned by the same person which they aren’t

I would also point out that if you look at the HelloPeeps discord you’ll find we don’t offer Powerlevelling services, instead pointing to other discords, even our ‘made to order’ accounts aren’t made by us, the only thing we do in-house are tutorials, we don’t receive any commission or advertising revenue for any discord advertised on the HelloPeeps server, I’m not really running this to make a load of profit in fact the profits barely even cover my utility bills.

In looking into this I have noticed a complaint about ThroneServices mainly over promising and underdelivering services, I messaged Carlos about this on Whatsapp and unbeknown to me he’s sold ThroneServices and he is now working in the building trade, I have therefore removed his ad from my discord as I do not know the new owner, although from the sythe thread a resolutions appears to be underway. I’ve posted below our chat below. I’ve also put some chat messages about setting up his discord for him, I apologise for the bad English, Carlos is using google translate. Ultimately also due to this HelloPeeps won't have any further affiliation with Throne nor will we knowingly sell tutorials to the new owner should they ever request.
