Explanation of the trade: I know this happened awhile ago but I just started playing again and this still irks me. Bought the account 9th of January and was banned 22nd on January. I was told i was guranteed a recovery if recovered but he cannot even do that. sold me an account that he allegedly was the original owner of. account got banned and I asked him to help me get it unbanned. simple process he just recovers it says it was hijacked and boom its back and I could then vpn to venny to not get banned. this however was not the case. He the alleged original owner tried to recover it and could not get an appeal to go through. he tried so much that the account was locked. I was given the alleged account info but could not unlock the account. I believe this was a scam because he sold me an account that he did not create. I would not have bought a resold purchased account had I known.

There was no guarantee for assistance, only if the account was locked. In this case the account was banned then locked due to too many attempts at recovering the account. the point I'm making is I was told the account was originally made by their store which I don't believe to be true if they cannot even recover it.

That's why I put question mark in my title because I'm not sure if it is or not I just feel like I was duped into believing something that clearly wasn't true. The recovery information that was provided to me didn't work, and I was supposed to get an original email to which he claims the original email was his personal... which fine but still..

 

I apologize, I was not aware of this report. It seems that the purchase of this account happened in January of this year. Although in my terms I establish a guarantee for the accounts we sell, it is important to clarify that I am not responsible for the prohibition of RWT if the account remained in the hands of the client. I can appeal an account and recover it in case of any blocking or recovery but he told me that the account was banned by RWT while he was using the account.


therefore its prohibition is not my responsibility. Even so, I was supportive in helping him. I remember that the account was @c.b (random email) it was not an existing email and it was not a real domain either and I changed the password before selling it so I registered my personal email to be able to change the password. It is possible that Jagex has unlinked my email and linked @c.b, perhaps that is why I was not successful in the recovery or perhaps I did not provide enough information in the appeal, but this does not make me a scammer. I have helped other clients to recover their accounts that were banned but I am not 100% successful in the appeals.

 

Yes, I am aware that he's not the OO of some of the accounts. However, in this case he claimed prior to purchase he was the OO. Unfortunately since he does tickets that he closes once the sale ends I can't screenshot the original message.

I confirm with him after purchase about OO and he did claim to be the OO.

Again, clearly he is not the OO, he can't even recover the account to unlock the account (currently locked).

I don't understand how information is lost/deleted over time. I was given information that I assume was just copied from a text file that contained the account info. I don't buy it. He's not the OO.
