    Which violation you are reporting the user for: Bad business practice

    Why you think they're violating Sythe rules:

    I ordered a GFX thread ad from ADC on June 30th.
    I told him what I wanted and he agreed to do it and made me pay first.

    During this time, we went back and forth and discussed what I wanted done, and he did for the most part do what I wanted.
    However, this entire process took nearly a month, I received the completed order on July 22nd.
    I think I asked for an ETA about 5 times and he just blatantly would ignore it.
    I waited days sometimes for just a simple reply, and he would blame his internet for the days absence
    .
    I was patient with ADC because we started off on a good note, he was friendly and accommodating.
    Anyway even having such a struggle getting the ad done, I didn't mind and waited.
    When the ad was finally finished and delivered, there were still some errors.

    I had a three problems, one of them being a donor status change ($200-$311),
    Second a simple typo he had where the words 'CustomerService' were missing a space.
    And third he added a zoom out fade at the end of the thread ad animation. And I just asked him to increase the delay of it.

    He requested I pay him more and when I said you took a month to do my GFX and can't offer a free change he just said Sorry..
    He even offered to 'sell' me the original file and suggested I can make changes in it myself. (?)

    I have posted no screenshots due to privacy and there's just such a long conversation.
    If any mods would like to see specific proof please let me know what and where to post/send.

    @Zora I think you know that I don't speak native English, if you use "ETA" to refer to something that I don't even know what it means, obviously we're going to have a communication barrier, that's why I ignored the changes he asked for, because I didn't know what it was what i wanted.

    An apology for that.

    @Slash You asked me to make a thread that in the future you would have to make changes to them, you can't be upset if I ask you for money for the changes, which also wasn't 1 change, they were like 3, and you also asked me to "fix" the animation, when a lot of time had passed.

    1.- It's my job, I do everything myself, and if you come weeks later asking for some change, obviously it's worth money.
    ( I know I was late in delivering the design to you, but I didn't understand 50% of the things you mentioned changing, obviously there was a language barrier. An apology for that )

    2.- I don't understand your claim on Sythe right now. I apologized for taking so long... What do you want me to give you a free design for that?... (that's why I said: "sorry, I can't")

    3.- If you agree to reach an agreement right now on discord so that you remove this claim in Sythe, we will both be fine.

    I don't really care about your claim, but if I can make you happy in any way, I'll agree to do it.
    I care about my reputation.

    @Zora Every day I learn to understand the language, I am guilty of bad service, but in my defense, I can say: that he liked the design, and weeks later he came asking for changes.
    I could charge those changes if I wanted, I have every right, it's my job.

    In a better explanation, my english isn't as good, When I entered this market it was very bad, but as a progressed with my business my English got better, and my communication is much better, There are certain abbreviations that I do not understand at all. For example "ETA" is something I did not understand, I know its not a requirement to be patient with me because of the language barrier but it was clear in that moment that there was some type of language barrier, which was neither our faults in the end, it led the a huge miss communication, this one unfortunate event does not reflect on my business as a whole, this is just one customer of many who are satisfied with my delivery time and work.

    I hope that we can continue communicating and you can in the future continue using my service, because I would like to make it up to you.

    @Zora thank you for responding so soon, I appreciate you taking your time to look over the issue. Slice I apologize for delivering a product in that manner and I hope to change my image you have of me now. Now I´m aware of my mistakes in this situation. As for asking for pay for any type of extra work, that is a right of mine, as much as it is compared to slash wanting it to be fixed for free. We both obviously share two different opinions in this matter, and there had to be some middle ground in the end. Any error I made should have been fixed by me forsure, but any tweaks and changes to any product I have a right to charge extra, and to be expected to any type of work for free is an insult to me and my business.

    Was there any time frame discussed originally?
    How long did it take to deliver the product and how long after did you request these changes @Slash?

    1.- I delivered it on 06/26/22
    -he reacted with "heart", he didn't comment anything else, that means he liked it

    2.- And almost a month later he comes to me and asks me for these changes:

    and he only tells me that:

    @Zora As I said, it was a mistake from the past, but you can't come and file a claim in public when more than a month has passed since what happened... a month has also passed when he asked for the change, I have every right to charge him for the change, Those changes weren't going to be easy, since I had to re-edit the GFX and animate it again, it takes a long time.

    I've sent the product that was delivered.
    There was no time frame originally discussed, however I did ask for an ETA multiple times.
    ADC's excuse to not knowing English is bs i'm sorry. The guy isn't stupid, he works in GFX for Sythe with a discord server of 100s of members. If i'm saying the same acronym multiple times the least you could do is google it or even ask me for clarification, but ignoring isn't a solution.

    It took from May 30th to June 26th to receive the order. (Error in OP about dates)
    I requested changes on July 22nd, fair also a long while later.
    But can you blame me? When he delivered the thread I was on vacation in a different country.
    When I got time to put in my thread, I saw a few errors and didn't see why it would be so hard to complete.
    My changes include changing an animation from like 10seconds to 20, and two 'text' changes for the donor status and a typo of a missing space.
    Any GFX artist knows that takes less than a minute to complete.
    To charge for that change, after having such a horrible experience throughout the transaction, is actually baffling

    Thank you both for responding.
    By default, @A.D.C DESIGN has the right to charge for additional edits/changes.
    However, it is generally expected to receive at least 1 revision with GFX orders.
    These revisions are minor and do not require a completely new design.
    The argument that @Slash reacted with a 'heart' emoji, suggesting satisfaction with the design, may have some validity if the product was delivered earlier. Additionally, one of these changes was an error (omitting a space between two words), which should not be considered as part of a revision either.

    @A.D.C DESIGN, please make these changes for @Slash. This will count as a revision. You may charge them if they request further edits in the future.

    Thanks for the reply. I don't really care about the changes anymore. I've ordered a new gfx because I don't really think he gave me a great quality compared to his other work either, it looks very average tbh.

    The point of the report is to highlight a bad business practice, make others aware of ADC's service, warn or punish poor trading behavior, where applicable and ensure he doesn't do the same to someone else in the future.

    I'm going to close this report as @Slash expressed he's no longer interested in the edits.

    @A.D.C DESIGN I suggest you disclose time frames prior to starting orders. Customers may have certain expectations and disappointment can be avoided by being transparent up front.

    @Slash if you're dissatisfied with the product and/or service, you're free to leave a review on their market thread.
