I've known this girl for about two-three years now, I would consider us to be great friends. Last week we were at a party together and she was incredibly wasted, it got to the point where she could barely walk without stumbling. I drove her home and walked her to the door, as I was about to leave, she whispered in my ear "come inside, I want to fuck you". It was a complete shock to me, but me being me I went inside and took care of business. Five hours later we woke up side by side and did it again. After that I went home, took a 10 hour sleep, and woke up to find my phone bombarded with messages from her. She want's to commit to a relationship but I really don't want to. But I'm afraid to tell her otherwise after everything we did. She is also only 12.

I'm sorry but you should have made a better judgment. Do you have no morals taking advantage of a 12 year old, 6 years younger, and "incredibly wasted" girl? I had high respect for you when you took her to her house, but then I see you only did that so you could get in her pants. That's stooping very low for anyone. I hope you at least used some protection. If you did not, and her parents find out, you could get arrested if you live in the United States. Most state's legal age of consent is 15. So you best hope she's not pregnant or has saved any evidence that might point to the fact that you guys slept together. Anywho on topic, I was curious to know why a 18 year old wants to be friends with 12 year old. You've put yourself in a dilemma. If you tell her you don't want to go out, chances are, she will tell her parents about it, and it will only snowball. Weren't her parents home when you went to drop her off? 12 year old alone for whole night? Anywho many questions that make me feel this is a made up story but i'll try to help anyways. Tell her that her parents will not be happy with her going out with a guy who is 6 years older than her. She's still in middle school and you're about to go to college (I presume). And you do not want to ruin her relationship with her parents, because she will be with them for a long time. If she keeps insisting that her parents won't mind, don't buzz. If that doesn't work then bring your parents into it. Also tell her what people will say if they find out you two are going out etc. Tell her people will call her inappropriate names because she's going out with someone wayy older than her, and you do not want her to go through all that.

To make it all short, whatever reason you give, make her feel you're doing it for her own good. This will keep your friendship going (although i don't see any good that can come out of it. I'm almost positive this will happen again). Good luck and sorry for rant. Pervs like you (sorry, but you can't deny what you did was wrong) make me mad. You will understand one day when you have your own child who has to go through that.

Punk, you have made some pretty stupid decisions. You are 18 and you slept with a 12 year old?! Thats really just messed up. But anyway, first why was she getting wasted at 12? But anyway, you got to talk to her about you expectations in your relationship. Tell her you have made some stupid mistakes but you still like her. You should see how she takes this. But you are mad lucky. Having sex with a minor faces serious offense, what would it be like if she was pregnant? You have to stop yourself from making such rash decisions. A question that's bothering me is though, why was a 12 year old alone all night. Are her parents dead? If not call the police and get them arrested for negligence before they get you arrested for statutory rape.

 

Her mother is in prison for stabbing her father, and her father is in jail for prostitution. She has foster parents that don't know how to control her.

 

Considering you have known her for that many years, I am sure you were aware of her age. That being said, I don't give a fuck what the rest of your post says or how drunk she was. Being almost 18 and having sex with a girl of that age is not only disturbing, but down right dirty. You wonder why she wants a committed relationship? She is TWELVE. Even though it's too late now, you should have used your head before making this decision. 5 years is too much of a gap. Where i'm from it would be really awkward for an 18 (estimated) old to be "good friends" with a 12 year old. It make be different where you are..

If you really considered her a good friend why would you have sex with her before thinking what may come of it? You shouldn't just bang a good friend and want nothing to do with them the next day. Usually when good friends have sex, they DO fall into a relationship. She's not really wrong for thinking there was something (ignoring the age factor.)

From a 12 year old's perspective, I imagine she just wants to date you for the popularity. I'm going to assume there is no way you would go out with her. Lets say you did. She's going to tell all her little friends at school and brag "oh ya bla bla I have an 18 year old boyfriend who fucks me." That's not what you want. The fact that you even had sex with her could still get you in trouble. What if she tells all her friends and word gets around?

The best thing for you to do is respectively tell her that there's no way you could be in a relationship considering her age. Tell her you also had a lot to drink and that it was a mistake. Ask her politely not to tell anyone to avoid problems with the police.
