Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: One of our customers hardcores was killed by a negligent worker. My partner and I were both facetious about the entire report and resorted to excessive trolling. I decided we would not to honor a previous offer to rebuild the account due to my emotions getting in the way. We no longer disagree with the decision that was made, as we now realize the way we acted was wrong.

Anything else you wish to say: Our behaviors were not professional whatsoever. We have had a month to reflect on our actions and offer our apologize’s to the customer & the sythe staff for having to deal with our puerility.

A paying customer shouldn't have had to deal with our ominous and nasty comments, especially after losing their hardcore they had spent time & money building. The staff shouldn't have had to deal with that either. The entire report painted a really bad picture of our morals and business model. I have been trying to practice better customer service within tickets, and not get as angry so quickly. I’ve also tried to spend more time going through our services, because as the owner I should be looking over things better. The worker was fired for her negligence and soon my server manager and I will be implementing new workers TOS to give the customer a better experience with us, so we can ensure things like this don’t happen again.

We would both greatly appreciate if our TWC was removed. We have been on this site for a few years now, and never have had an issue escalate like this. We have received over 50 positive vouches since this incident occurred. We will continue to strive to give our customers a good experience, free of harm and worry.
