    i won a giveaway for 250m in their server, they did not pay out
    How they scammed:
    they claimed i needed to have had the requirements before winning which was not stated in the giveaway requirements so when it came time to pay he used that as an excuse not to

    Appears it was stated numerous times before the giveaway ended. I'm going to close this as this is not a scam, you just did not meet the requirements & appear to only have done so after the giveaway ended.
