14 day and 21 day bans still in?

Well I'm wondering this because I made a new account and membered it and I was 79 range and my goal was 80 range then I got the ban hammer. I was booting at ranging guild and it's my first ban ever! It says I'm premed but will it go away in 14 days? Please help. Should I appeal aswell?

 

No, it'll be a perm if it says its a perm.
They've been cracking down recently.

Nope, you're permanently banned. The 14/21 day bans are pretty much gone, unless someone is willing to show me a recent picture.

perm bans are back. I know a Player Mod and he leaked some posts from the PMod forums on rs and he showed that they are taking a serious turn on botting now.... no more temp bans
