    What are account upgrades?
    It's when you upgrade your runescape account (HINT)

    The upgrade gives you more access to stuff around Runescape.

    Usually costs 5.95$ a month...I don't know if I can make it any more obvious.

    Because it was in a way illegal,so it's called this now because Sythe found a way around it to not get in trouble.

    What are account upgrades?
    Instead of selling/buying pins (illegal), you give your account to someone and they make it members through some means unknown to both the buyer and Sythe. Pretty much the same thing but both the buyer and Sythe aren't participating in anything illegal.
