He didn't get banned, he yet still has to be demoted. Once a member of Jagex sees it, they will be banned though. In the end of the video he stated he no longer cared.

but I didn't know about the ingame room. That's silly

 

Yeah, I check the chat history there to find some bot advertising a MERCH CHANNEL. Lol. And last time I checked, those were against the rules. But then again I haven't checked in a while. They really just sit there drumming their nuts not doing much instead of trying to do something productive to help the rs community?

It's a hacked acc so the guy who made the vid isnt scared of getting demoted, and there have been other vids before also showing the p mod room, but yea, nice.
