Can Jagex Reset your account info?

I was told that if you call jagex and tell them that your account history info is known by others that they will reset all your previous passwords, previous membership payment methods, etc. Is this true? Can I call jagex and have all my past info wiped clean?

 

I doubt it. Would make securing an account much easier.

They might not do it because you say others may know your info, THEY could be rining up asking to wipe all the info.

I highly doubt this is possible. Too easy to secure an account if you, maybe, stole one, keylogged one, phished or whatever. It would be too scammer-friendly.

Try it if you keep doubting everyone, fuck.

 

They can probably only wipe out the information that you provide to them, but it is highly unlikely they will erase any important details of the account.

So stop asking.
