    I don't think so. The rules now say that the first self-vouching offense will receive a three month ban, and further offenses will receive a permanent ban. As far as I can see, there is no TwC associated with the first ban.

    I believe it's just 3 month ban, or else I'm sure they would've made it clear enough that there are extra "punishments".
