HP Mini help.

Well, I bought this HP mini last christmas.
I got a warrenty and everything.
Everything was fine and going good, then my hard drive crashed.
I got ahold of HP, and they told me so send it in and they'll fix it, and all I had to pay for was the shipping because I had a warrenty.
And I sent it in, everything was going smooth. 10 days later I call and ask about out. It was August 17th when I called, and they told me it'll be here no later than the 20th of August. It's the 25th and still, nothing.
Can someone help me find the number to call them so I can complain?
Because, I can't find it anywhere....

 

I work for Apple, If something occurs like that you should call back and say,

Hi, I recently sent in my "computer name or whatever" in for a repair on "date here" and i was curious of when I would be receiving it back its been "x amount of days" and I was told it would be here by "date here"

if you aren't satisfied with their asnwer then say,

I want to speak to your supervisor.

Then see if they can give you a better estimate, get a case number, or case ID, and get their first and last name, dont hang up until you have all of that,

if the expectation the set is not met, call back and say,

I want to speak to a supervisor , if they ask why say I want to speak to one, and explain it wasnt met Again, and just bitch away, It will work :laugh: Good luck man pm if this helps
