    Giving scammers a second chance.

Once a scammer, always a scammer.

Would you feel safe buying off a known scammer? I know i wouldn't.

    Giving scammers a second chance.

That isn't true. People change and there are people on Sythe that show that very well.

    Giving scammers a second chance.

Scammers wouldn't have place if everyone used a trusted MM... So I think that scammers could have a second chance (after a long term ban, like 6 months) with a permanent TwC; your fault if you trade with him without a MM.

I can't believe we're actually discussing this. Scammers have 1 intention and it's usually to get something free. Yes, some people change but the reality of the whole thing is only about 10% actually honestly change. The rest are usually BSers to come back for another attempt.

And 49.6494349384% of statistics are made up on the spot. Why can't scammers get a second chance? At least back into the community. Even with a market ban and TWC?

Even if there was a situation where scammers were given second chances - I think the input of the victum's in highly important. The person who got scammed should have the ability to influence the decision to weather a known scammer gets forgiven and has the ability to return to the forums.

    Giving scammers a second chance.

Yes they should depending on their crime. It's the degree of how bad the offense was which should determine if he/she will be given the second chance.

I.E. Scamming someone for an RS Pin is the same bann as someone scamming a $2000 account.

That's a bit like getting the death penalty for getting an abortion LOL.

    Giving scammers a second chance.

Well, what creates scammers is people that gets scammed by other people or just the ones that don't have money/not willing to spend money.

Trust me, I know. Back on a website where you sell RS accounts, gold, service etc. (not a forum) there were A LOT of scammers there. I was one of the people that got scammed a few times, I worked hard for my accounts/service and I get nothing when I get scammed. So I thought, why not scam just to make my money back. Fortunately I didn't end up scamming anyone and everyone got their money back when I tried.

Well, now I got scammed and I will NEVER scam again.
There are other ways to get your money back or accounts. You just have to be smart and not fall for the tricks of scammers, do some research on them. Here on sythe, after someone scammed me of over $150 worth in poker chips, I let that one go even if it was a big amount of money. I think that karma will come back  First time that guy tried to scam me, he got 50m and he lost it all in 1 day. I took another risk thinking he might not scam me, and another 50m and he scammed me again :(

Anyway, my point is give scammers a second chance, and use your brains to avoid being scammed ;)

I do not agree with this when you are on a different site it is fair you should be banned on that one 'Powerbot' in this case but I do not believe you should be on Sythe when you have done no wrong in term's of those members and those rules.

Scammers want things free right? Then let them refund their targets or let them make a small donation, and give them TWC for like a month. As long as it isn't free to come back (even if it is a 1$ donation), I doubt the scammers which didn't learn of their mistake will come back.
