From what I have seen, he is not very active except for his threads in the Runescape Black Market section. I'm not hating on him, I'm just saying, I have never seen him do a RaS report, a Spam report, or a Dispute thread.

 

R2Pleasent is currently not as active as he should be, however, I disagree with this suggestion.
When R2P is active, he is banning market abusers and he needs to be a global to do that more efficiently.
If the staff wanted to, they could remove him as a moderator completely, but I see no reason why he should be a sectional.

 

The ONLY place he is active is the Runescape section.
He is active no where else, he is still a great person thus, why I say he should just be a runescape sectional considering he has alot of experience in that section.

 

He's actually helpful on msn if you're polite and he has time. I don't think it would be fair to demote him after he waited so long to be promoted. Also, I think had you PMed an administrator, your efforts might have been rewarded a little more than you posting it here. It'll just be passed off as starting drama, which is exactly what you're doing.

 

Sorry if you feel that I am starting drama, but I am trying not to. If you don't want drama then leave the site, everyday there is a new problem. Today, this is the problem and I am adressing it to the sythe community to get their thoughts on this.

 

No I like the site, and there isn't a problem, you're making it seem as if there is one.

 

He's taking up a mod slot, please find me the last 3 reports he has done.

R2Pleasant has definitely earned his position and I see no reason to demote him. While he may not be the most active moderator, he helps out while he can by doing scammer reports, disputes, discussing scammer techniques, weeding out returning scammers, finding suitable candidates for a market mod position, etc... Being a staff member is not all about closing and moving threads.

He may not be the only person wondering.

 

From what i've seen R2pleasant really isn't the ideal global moderator as he usually stays exclusive to the Market section- that being said it would technically make sense to keep him a market moderator.

However, if he does in fact tend to scammer reports respectably then whats the harm in allowing him that extra rank? I guess hes not one of a kind and could always be replaced with someone more active all around in the forums but thats not up to us to decide i guess.
