Okay, so the GE updated, i put in my offers for the new prices.
As i left the G/E i got this message

'Pay back all your debts by borrowing more money from us!' Clever.
I run back to see where the message came from.

Only to see my kit had bought.

WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON ?

 

i'm not sure, but i've heard on multiple occasions that jagex is adding more and more easter eggs into the game (not the rares )
this is possibly a hint to some future update

Sounds like Jagex adding a finance system. Look out for them debt collectors, knocking on your door!

 

Maybe they are adding a loan type thing? I think it would be dumb and there'd have to be sierious consequences if you didn't pay it back. I hope thats just random shit and nothing real.
