'i am legit' stole my money!

Tried to buy 100 x 48 hour xbox live codes off him but he claims he hasn't received the money and i have the paypal receipt below to blantantly show this. He has asked for my email so he could email me as he says he hasn't received the payment but he hasn't replied in over two days. It takes him a day to reply to messages with 'still only have 3 bucks in my account' - Do not use this guy he purposely uses gift payment for paypal so he doesn't get chargebacks!
